This collection of 34 texts records The Common Guild's exhibition programme at 21 Woodlands Terrace, from its beginning in 2008 until the final exhibition in 2018.

Each text was written as a ‘commentary’ on one of the 30 exhibitions and stands as a document of the exhibition, whether a major new commission, re-configuration of existent works or installation, or occasional group exhibition. Written by artists, critics and curators, the texts offer an individual perspective on the work rather than a standard overview. Many were written subsequent to a talk given during the exhibition, while others were written after the fact. They are all of the time in which the exhibitions took place.

Texts have been brought together as a single volume for the first time, bound in a foil blocked kraft paper folder.
