THE COMMON GUILD

Ruth Ewan

'Ours Is The World Despite All' / Limited Edition Tote bag / Edition

Following her project with us in 2012, ‘The Glasgow Schools’, Ruth Ewan has created a new, limited edition tote bag for our series of editions, introduced as part of our 10th anniversary.

This limited edition, silkscreened tote is made from bold red 250gsm sustainable cotton canvas, featuring short handles and a gusseted base. The full-height front design, Ours Is The World Despite All, is an emblem of Glasgow’s Proletarian School from Ruth Ewan’s The Glasgow Schools, 2012. This project mapped the city’s Proletarian, Socialist Sunday and Socialist Fellowship Schools. The reverse of the bag features The Common Guild name and roundel.

Edition of 100.

Measurements: 38 x 41 x 10 cm.

Manufactured in the EU using 100% certified materials.
